You know I’d blended up a lot of lactation smoothies in my time as my baby was enough healthy and always wants my boobs to suck. I was always worried that she was full or not? When she was 6 months old I was seriously thinking about weaning my daughter.
I really wanted to make it to 1 year or more but I was exhausted and the constant battle with my supply. My daughter was continued growing healthy and she loved to eat veggies and some fruits.
But as a mother, I knew what is good for us both. Breastfeeding for a year is the best for my fairy. So, I decided to nourish my angel with my milk. I wondered and made searches, how to increase my breast milk supply.
Finally, I reached there. Really, I love that recipe which easily boosted my milk supply. This Smoothie increased my milk supply incredibly. Now my baby was full of my one boob only.

Your Recipe Is Ready
That’s all, your recipe is ready. Isn’t it easy! I suggest honey is the best option as a sweetener. Honey is a natural element and contains zero calories. It’s not necessary to add Brewer’s yeast always. Sometimes you can skip it. Why? Its horrible taste!
I skipped many times uhh… I don’t like its bitter taste. Oatmeal is a strong ingredient to boost the breast milk supply. So, our smoothie works better without yeast also. Nothing to worry about Brewer’s yeast always!
Many of us are courageous and can digest bitterly taste also. You can add Brewer’s yeast as your taste buds may be better than mine. Brewer’s yeast is one of the most effective milk-boosters. Many of us don’t like its bitter taste and skip the smoothie.
