Exercise maintains your blood circulation. It’s most important to maintain your blood flow which can be helpful to improve your skin’s elasticity.

During pregnancy, your body needs extra nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. You need good calories each day to fulfill body requirements. If you don’t eat well it negatively affects, not only yours but effects the baby’s development.

Choose the right diet plan and keep yourself and baby healthy during pregnancy. The right diet decreases the risk of gestational diabetes and birth complications. If you have poor eating habits then it may result in excess weight gain.

But epidural has disadvantages also. Firstly, epidural prevents you from assuming the best positions for giving birth. You rely only on pushing back. Secondly, after the epidural process, many women’s don’t feel what is happening with their body and do not feel the urge to push.
